About the Project

Project Overview

In the new north of Netanya, on one of the rarest land reserves in the country — set between the sea and the communities of the Hefer Valley — lies the Havatzelet HaSharon neighborhood.

The new luxury neighborhood was designed to blend into nature and to offer a complete, premium living experience. The Havatzelet compound is in advanced stages of development and includes a direct connection to the Coastal Highway to the east.
